ALL OF THE SAME MATERIAL AS THE US EDITION AT A FRACTION OF THE COST!!

I am a graduate student and the United States edition of this textbook was a required book for one of my courses. The US edition of this book is grossly expensive, so I took a chance on saving a few bucks and bought the international edition. Amazon offers a "free trial" of the US edition so as soon as I received my international version in the mail I checked it against the US trial edition on Amazon. The only difference between the US and international edition is the order of the chapters (also, the chapters have slightly different names). However, all of the exercises and quizzes in this book are EXACTLY THE SAME! If you have any semblance of common sense you will be able to figure out which chapters in the international book correlate to those in the US edition--- and save yourself a lot of money!!

One of the worst books on leadership I've read

This is one of the worst books on leadership I have read so far (about a third into the book now). I work with leadership education and coaching and bought this book as part of my MBA education. Why do I think it's crap? Well...
1. There is soooo much pointless fill out text that really doesn't say anything. Like for example the sentence "The outstanding characteristic of charismatic leaders is that they are charismatic....". Really??
2. I can't find any kind of red thread... it's just page after page of rambling and listings. It's just not coherent
3. The language and use of cross referencing and parentheses just chop up the text and make it even more difficult to read. No flow.
What do I "like" with the book:
1. it does a good job of listing all (well most) of the things that a leader need to be aware of.
