Back to basics

I just wanted the original gingerbread man story, not all the new versions with cowboys or babies or whatever else writers have come up with. This book is just what I wanted- the plain version of the gingerbread man who outfoxes everyone except the fox. Oldie but goodie

My grandson loves this book. It's soft cover and well made pages keep it sturdy for little hands. The story is a classic for sure. Great illustrations! Don't forget this fairy tale.
