A Great Little Book for Those Into Touring on Scooters

The author clearly knows his way around touring on motor scooters.
Two of the rides he writes about are in the ballpark of 4000 miles! Rides I can only dream about.
The first ride covers the Olympic Peninsula, an area I'm familiar with and another covers the entire East Coast from Florida to Maine and back.
He lovingly describes meals along the way, hostels, ferry rides, and an encounter with a "Smokey" who was clearly over his head while trying to bluff his way through a traffic stop - hilarious!
This book isn't a long read, but well worth the time.

Enjoying the open road

Recently I saw this book featured on one of the scooter sites I visit. Since it mentioned a story on touring the Natchez Trace I decided to purchase the book as I plan on riding the Trace in the spring.
The book is a collection of five articles that had been published in a magazine dedicated to scooter touring. The articles were very enjoyable to read, with some being more detailed about actual scooter touring than others.
I would recommend the book to scooter riders who enjoy reading about the call of the open road.

Too short! Not enough material for the price. The collection of articles from the magizinne were just not too interesting to me.
