About the Author
Rodney Womack is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA, and has been a coach of several different sports for over 25 years. Besides coaching, he has won world and national titles in the bench press (WABDL) and raced motocross since 1971. In addition to coaching, Womack currently operates an internet business devoted to training athletes for motocross at www.motoxfitness.com. He has published three training books: Motocross Fitness: The Ultimate Home Training Guide for Motocross Athletes, The Power of Pushups: Over 50 Types of Pushups for Strength and Endurance, and Arm Pump Solutions: How to Reduce Arm Pump Through Stretching and Exercise. Very comprehensive workout

Most people don't realize that motocross IS a sport, and a very physically demanding one at that. Even a rider who doesn't compete much needs to be in really good shape if s/he want to enjoy riding at all and avoid injury. This book has everything a rider needs to prepare for riding at any level, including aspiring professionals, if that's their goal. Very demanding, but not impossible to follow. Frankly, anyone who wants to be in top physical shape would do well to use this book.

Great work by the author. You have to recognize the initiative, its probably the only publication of its kind out there thats this specific. Sure, some people may have a different approach but it just enriches our sport. Good job.
